How it works

Initial Assessment & Consultation
Your initial consultation includes a detailed intake to understand your current mental skills, strengths, goals, and challenges. From there, we co-create a customized coaching plan designed specifically for you.

Personalized Skill Building
Each session focuses on applied, research-based tools – like performance routines, goal setting, self-reflection, focus strategies, imagery, self-talk, and emotional regulation – that support performance and transfer beyond sport.

Application & Integration
We connect mental strategies back to real training and competition experiences, ensuring skills are usable under pressure. It’s one thing to learn the skill, it’s another to apply into your daily performance.

Continuous Growth & Reflection
You’ll leave with practical exercises and mental tools to practice between sessions, building consistency and confidence over time.

Session Types
1:1 coaching tailored to your goals – perfect for athletes or performers wanting deeper self-awareness and skill mastery. Sessions are offered in 4 and 8 session packages, and single sessions are available after a package is completed.
Designed to build mental readiness, chemistry, leadership, and collective confidence.
Small group clinics build foundational mental skills with interactive practice and shared tools.
Support athletes by giving caregivers and coaches practical strategies to foster confidence, autonomy, and motivation.
Sessions are held either in-person at Symbiotic, or over Zoom.
